If you were a participant in the FirstGroup America, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan who had any portion of your Plan account invested in the Aon Hewitt Funds at any time on or after October 1, 2013 through the date of preliminary approval (August 1, 2024), your rights may be affected by a proposed settlement of this class action lawsuit.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. Payments will be made only if the Court approves the Settlement and that approval is upheld in the event of any appeal.
